The palate opens with the dark ,treacly sherry and dried fruit, however, just like on the nose the barley, malt and nutty American oak moves in on the middle. Quite a toasty and herbal finish with the Bourbon and sherry battling it out. Balanced and entertaining.

A pleasantly balanced nose with noticeable, warm nutty sherry and hints of treacle. Gristy barley and malt note appear along with a touch of baked bread, vanilla, praline and darker spices.
